About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally strong Senior Solution Architect – UiPath who combines deep technical mastery with leadership presence. This is a high-bar technical role that demands not only excellent UiPath expertise but also the ability to enforce standards, design scalable solutions, and confidently represent Valenta with clients.

The successful candidate will act as the final authority on UiPath solutions, reviewing code and architectures, ensuring RE Framework compliance, and setting the benchmark for automation delivery quality. This role requires intelligence, speed of thought, and the ability to engage stakeholders at both technical and business levels.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

· Solutioning & Architecture – Design, review, and validate scalable, secure, and maintainable UiPath automation solutions aligned with business and enterprise needs.

· Code Review & Governance – Act as the technical authority by enforcing strict coding standards, RE Framework compliance, and best practices across exception handling, logging, security, and reusability.

· Performance & Optimization – Ensure automations are fast, stable, and optimized for unattended execution, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.

· Integration Leadership – Oversee and guide seamless integration with APIs, Orchestrator, queues, and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Ariba, and ServiceNow.

· Technical Authority & Leadership – Lead code reviews, validate solution designs, mentor developers, review estimations, and enforce a culture of technical rigor and delivery excellence.

· Client Engagement & Solution Leadership – Confidently engage with clients as a trusted advisor, provide solution leadership, and ensure automation outcomes meet or exceed expectations.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

· At least 5+ years experience in UiPath-focused solution architecture roles.

· Proven experience in designing and managing enterprise-scale RPA solutions.

· Preferred background: Past experience with Big 4 firms (or equivalent reputable consulting/technology organizations).

· Must have been in a purely RPA-focused, external-facing role, ideally delivering automation solutions across industries such as Accounting, Wealth Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.

Technical Skills

· Expert-level proficiency in UiPath (mandatory).

· Strong knowledge of RPA solution design, RE Framework, and delivery best practices.

· Proficiency in Python, SQL, API integrations, and orchestrator deployments.

· Experience with agile methodologies and automation delivery practices.

· Familiarity with Power Automate is an added advantage.

Requirements
Key Requirements Qualified CPA, semi CA or equivalent. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in accounting and financial control, with at least 4+ years in a Big 4 firm (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG). Hands-on experience managing multi-entity, multi-country finance operations. Strong knowledge of IFRS, international compliance, and tax structures. Proficient with modern accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage remote and cross-cultural teams. Analytical mindset with a commercial approach to problem-solving.
