Job Description We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our IT services organization as Delivery Head. As the leader of this multidisciplinary practice, you will be responsible for driving innovation, leading the development and delivery of cutting-edge solutions, and aligning technology strategies with business goals. You will play a key role in transforming how our clients leverage technology to enhance their digital footprint, optimize operations, and achieve business Responsibilities:Delivery Management: Owning and managing portfolio of customers from delivery and operations perspective; Responsible for P&L of a portfolio ranging between around $50+ million. Focal point of contact for key customers in the portfolio. Accountable for Delivery Excellence, Operational Excellence, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction within the portfolio of the allocated accounts.Thought Leadership: Managing large programs with new age Manufacturing domain expertise along with experience of managing support and maintenance programs across enterprise systems, applications and infrastructure services. Participation in organization's strategic initiatives and should be able to lead some of Management: Empower delivery managers, program and project Managers and ensure Account/Program/Project risks and issues are addressed effectively. Mentor and manage execution teams that both interface with clients/ customers and internal stakeholders to deliver to the desired goalsGrowth Mindset: Own the growth of the portfolio and be responsible for hiring and offboarding decisions Be the catalyst for portfolio growth by actively working with sales and horizontals (technology streams) owners, participating and engaging in RFP response, Due Diligence and Proposal making. Facilitate communication upward and across project teams Business management: Monitor projects/programs, revenue, Margins, Revenue Growth, yield per employee and customer satisfaction Key performance measurement parameters are - Delivery excellence, C-SAT, Margins, Contribution to revenue growth, and operational parameters like utilization, pyramid, freshers induction, productivity improvement through processes and automation The Successful Applicant Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Should have 18+ years of experience of managing programs and projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in IT services, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment is highly preferred. Domain Expertise: Understanding and experience of working with customers from one or more subverticals - Manufacturing, Auto, Hi-tech Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading large, diverse teams and managing complex, multifaceted projects. Strong skills in team development, coaching, and performance management. Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern application development, cloud-native solutions, AI/ML, industrial IoT, and digital experience technologies. Experience with digital manufacturing tools and platforms is a plus. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate technology solutions into business value. Proven experience in managing budgets and achieving financial targets. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and technical teams. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions based on data and insights. Proven track record of successfully addressing complex challenges and driving results.
