  • You will help our clients solve realworld problems bytracing the datatoinsights lifecycle: Understand business problemsmaking sense of the data landscape & footprint performing acombination of exploratory Machine Learning & AdvancedAnalytics on textual data Create experiment with and deliverinnovative solutions in a consultative mind set to clientstakeholders using textual data.


Desired Profile:


  • Background inComputer Science/Computer Applications or any quantitativediscipline (Statistics Mathematics Economics/Operations Researchetc.) from a reputed institute
  • 36 years ofexperience using analytical tools/languages like Python onlargescale data
  • Must have Semantic modelling& NER experience
  • Experience workingwith pretrained models awareness of stateofart in embeddings andapplicability for use cases
  • Must have strongexperience in NLP/NLG/NLU applications using any popular Deep learning frameworks like PyTorch Tensor Flow BERT Lang chain and GPT(or similar models) Open CV
  • Must haveexposure to Gen AI models (LLMs) like Mistral Falcon Llama 2 GPT3.5 & 4 Prompt Engineering
  • Must haveworked using Azure services for ML & GenAIprojects
  • Demonstrated ability to engage withclient stakeholders at multiple levels and provide consultativesolutions across different domains
  • Deepknowledge of techniques such as Linear Regression gradient descentLogistic Regression Forecasting Cluster analysis Decision treesLinear Optimization Text Mining etc.
  • Strongunderstanding of integrating NLP models into business workflows.Prospect should have exposure to project initiation to businessimpact creation in at least one project. Experience inproductionizing & retraining models
  • Total work experience of 3 to 6 years 3 years in AdvancedNLP 1year experience in GenAI
  • Broad knowledgeof fundamentals and stateoftheart in NLP and machinelearning
  • Coding skills in one or moreprogramming languages such as Python SQL
  • Expert / high level of understanding on language semanticconcepts & data standardization
  • Proven track record of successful models and practicalimplementation
  • Handson experience withpopular ML frameworks such as TensorFlow
  • Experience with application development practices atscale from problem definition to deployment
  • Familiarity with any Cloud services such as AWS SageMaker etc. is an added advantage
  • Develop andapply Statistical Modelling techniques (e.g. Bayesian models anddeep neural networks) optimization methods and other ML techniquesto different applications
  • Knowledge in MachineLearning techniques in entity resolution common speech products ortext search domain.
