Established in 2010, THiNC Institute of Design is India's leading institute that provides coaching for Architecture & Design entrance exams like NID, IIT-UCEED, NIFT, NATA, and JEE Paper 2 (B.Arch). These exams entitle admissions to BDes, MDes, and BArch courses at prestigious national institutions such as IITs, NIDs, NIFTs, NITs, SPAs, and CEPT University. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Associate located in Trivandrum. The Creative Associate will be responsible for developing graphic content, assisting in branding efforts, utilizing creativity skills to generate innovative design solutions, and contributing to overall communication strategies. Daily tasks will include graphic design, refining visual content, brainstorming creative ideas, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance the institute's brand presence.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and creativity skills
  • Collaborate with content strategies, video presenters, and social media content videos, and digital story telling initiatives
  • Work closely with editors, designers and animators to ensure delivery of high qulaity final content that aligns with THiNC's educational mission.
  • Eperience in developing and executing Branding concepts
  • Research and analyze creative trends in education marketing, Gen-Z content preferences, and design industry communications.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to graphic development
  • Experience in a similar role for 1-2 years
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma or equivalent software
