SAP Business One Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Training & Development : Provide training to all levels of users across the organization to ensure effective and efficient use of the SAP B1 system.

- Gap Analysis & Optimization : Continuously assess the system's current utilization, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement to maximize its impact.

- Process Improvement : Work closely with cross-functional teams to align SAP B1 functionalities with business processes, including manufacturing, inventory, finance, and sales.

- System Enhancement : Lead initiatives to upgrade and enhance SAP B1 as the company scales to new operational levels, ensuring the system supports business growth.

- Data Management & Reporting : Ensure the integrity of data across all SAP B1 modules and develop custom reports and dashboards for informed decision-making.

- Support & Troubleshooting : Provide ongoing support for all system users, addressing any technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with department heads, IT, and production teams to align the system with evolving business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- Educational Background : Master's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One/Hana in a manufacturing environment.

- Proven track record of leading SAP B1 training sessions and conducting system optimizations.

- Familiarity with multi-production houses or complex manufacturing setups is highly preferred.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong knowledge of SAP B1 modules (Production, Inventory, Finance, Sales, etc.).

- Experience with system customization, reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Hana), and database management.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to train and guide users effectively.

- Manufacturing Knowledge : Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including MRP, resource management, and production planning.

- Certifications : SAP B1 certification is a plus.
