The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales, Distribution & profitability of the region for Aftermarket lubricants business of Total Energies.
Exp: 8 to 12 Years
Role:
Achieve sales Budget by Formulating Regional Sales Strategy from broad directives of ZH Ensure collection of receivables in accordance with credit policy.
Design & Implement Distribution Strategy in consultation with ZH for improved Market penetration.
Set targets for primary network as per the guidelines with due regards to volume growth, outflow and extraction of market potential. Direct, Motivate, Coach, Monitor & Appraise Subordinate Staff to maximize performance and increase efficiency.
Ensure optimal allocation and effective utilization of A&P budget
Ensure effective implementation of centrally coordinated strategies, promotions, campaigns, etc. Establish Market intelligence for information on Competition and business environment.
Incorporate a proactive approach to recommend sales & marketing strategies for future needs of the State Ensure all aspects of the company's Health and Safety Policy are adhered to. Plan, Budget & Control all Expenses with effective monitoring systems.
Map & analyze secondary network and take suitable action to ensure stability and growth
