About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive located in Bengaluru at Urban Vault. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to planning, executing, and managing performance-based marketing strategies across various digital platforms, including search engines and social media. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels.

What we expect from you:

- Campaign Management: Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) and social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-acquisition (CPA), click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.- Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor expenditures to ensure campaigns remain within budget while achieving performance targets.- SEO and SEM Oversight: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and manage search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives.- Content Coordination: Collaborate with content creators to ensure all marketing materials are aligned with campaign strategies. Provide feedback on content quality and adherence to brand standards.- Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for future campaigns.
