The RoleJob Qualifications

Role and Responsibilities of the Job:Provide expert technical support in infrastructure domain area to achieve a high degree of Customer delight Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Process Compliance.Perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:Aserver administration and team management.Good communication skills, Need to participate in client meetings.Handle regular day to day IT Infra operations.Installation of systems OS ,Applications and break fixing of H/W and S/W issues .Working on Service Desk tickets.Coordinating with IT stake holders to fix the issues.Participate in internal/external audits to showcase the IT compliance status.Perform the IT related task and update the status higher management on regularly.Participating in Day/Weekly status review meetings

Who You AreExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience in Operating Systems tuning and configurations.Ability to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:A minimum of 8plus years of overall experience in IT AiX And solaris Domain with proven experience in Windows Operations.AIX Administration experienceSolaris Experience.AIX Admin.BE/ BTech/MCA/Diploma.
