Your Role:
As the AVP Sales, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our sales operations and driving our business development strategies. This position is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team, create impactful campaigns, and contribute to the growth of a company that’s setting trends in the real estate industry. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that meet and exceed targets, ensuring that Nirvana Realty remains the go-to choice for holiday home buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Develop and execute innovative sales campaigns to drive business growth.
- Oversee sales operations, ensuring smooth processes and effective account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing top-notch service and support.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
- Continuously analyze market trends to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Report directly to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in driving sales and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Extensive experience in sales operations, sales management, and account management.
- Strong expertise in business development with a creative approach to campaign design.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire, lead, and grow a sales team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
