Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for EMR and HIS solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, clinical experts, and QA to deliver scalable healthcare software.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements; create detailed product specifications.
  • Work closely with hospital stakeholders, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure products meet real-world healthcare needs.
  • Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Lead product demos, presentations, and training for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5–10 years of experience in Product Management within the healthcare IT domain.
  • Strong hands-on experience with EMR, HIS, or other clinical software platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations, data interoperability standards, and hospital workflows.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or related field.
