The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the Wonderchef Exclusive Brand Outlet. This includes achieving sales targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff performance, maintaining store standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Target AchievementDrive store sales to meet and exceed targetsEnsure upselling and cross-selling of productsMonitor daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and take corrective actions2. Customer ExperienceEnsure a premium and personalized customer experienceHandle customer queries and resolve complaints promptlyTrain staff to offer product demos and provide informed recommendations3. Store OperationsOversee daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and stock checksEnsure proper merchandising and visual presentation of the storeCoordinate with the warehouse for timely replenishment of stock4. Team ManagementRecruit, train, and manage the store teamAllocate duties and set individual sales targetsConduct regular team reviews and performance appraisals5. Inventory & ReportingMaintain optimal stock levels and reduce shrinkageEnsure timely inward and outward entry of stockGenerate daily sales reports, inventory updates, and customer feedback logsSkills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsLeadership and team management abilitiesProficient in MS Office, billing systems, and POS softwareCustomer-focused with a sales-driven mindsetPreferred candidate profile:3 TO 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in consumer durables, home appliances, or lifestyle brandsPrior experience in handling EBOs or premium brand outlets is an advantage cify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.
