Role: Graphic Designer

Experience: 3-5 years

What You'll Do


• Design visual communication across print, digital, and social media platforms.


• Translate brand briefs into compelling visual concepts.


• Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and art directors to deliver integrated campaigns.


• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.


• Adapt designs for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

What We're Looking For


• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and execution across mediums.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).


• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.


• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.


• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.

Role: Senior Art Director

Experience: 6-10 years

What You'll Do


• Lead the creative development of campaigns from concept to execution.


• Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and strategists to craft breakthrough ideas.


• Supervise and mentor designers, guiding them on craft, aesthetics, and storytelling.


• Present concepts to clients with conviction and clarity.


• Push for innovative use of design, photography, video, and digital media.


• Ensure design excellence across all touchpoints of the brand.

What We're Looking For


• 6–10 years of experience in design/art direction within advertising or design studios.


• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to turn ideas into powerful visuals.


• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of motion/3D is a plus.


• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior creatives.


• Excellent presentation skills and client-facing experience.


• A portfolio that demonstrates award-worthy, breakthrough creative work.
