Role Overview

We are looking for a
highly creative Graphic Designer
who can design premium, high-quality visuals for both
Scale Sense's internal brand
as well as our
diverse set of clients
. From social media creatives to pitch decks, from branding assets to campaign graphics, you'll be responsible for ensuring every design reflects
excellence, clarity, and a premium aesthetic
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create
    all graphics for Scale Sense (internal brand)
    including campaigns, social media, presentations, case studies, and marketing assets.
  • Design
    client-facing deliverables
    : social media creatives, ad campaigns, brochures, infographics, and more.
  • Develop
    elite 3D, semi-realistic, and premium visuals
    aligned with Scale Sense's brand system.
  • Collaborate with content, strategy, and digital teams to bring ideas to life visually.
  • Ensure design consistency while tailoring creatives to different brand identities.
  • Keep up with global design trends, tools, and aesthetics to deliver standout work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of agency/brand experience with
    high-end design work
    .
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of
    3D tools (Blender, Cinema4D, etc.)
    is a big plus.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating
    premium, clean, and elite visuals
    .
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, maintain timelines, and deliver consistently.
