The Telecaller will play a key role in supporting the school’s admission and outreach initiatives by engaging with prospective parents and guardians.Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to admission inquiries, sharing information about the school’s programs and facilities, and guiding families through the admission process. The role also involves maintaining communication records, following up with leads, scheduling campus visits, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all prospective families.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant and confident phone manner, and a passion for representing the school’s ethos and values.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approachProficiency in telecalling, lead management, and customer engagementAbility to handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about school programsStrong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple leads efficientlyFluency in English and Hindi ; knowledge of Marathi or other regional languages will be an advantageBasic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)Prior experience in admissions, telecalling, or customer relationship roles preferred
