Job Profile:To cover Private projects, builders, related architects, contractors, Government DepartmentsConducting extensive field activities & follow up on potential clients.Preparation for future projects details or previous projects & other activities.Responsible for Market and Competitor Analysis.Meeting with Architects/ Builders/ Promoters/contractors/Government Departments & other institutional clients on regular basisGetting specification/approvals in major Govt. departments/PSUsTo achieve desired business from their designated territory.Desired Skills: Strong desire to achieve business number for the designated territory/customerProven success in expanding markets and establishing and sustaining profitable client relationships.Result OrientedStrong verbal and written communication/ presentation skillsLeadership and client relationship building skills.Good Energy Level. Should be able to travel.Meeting Sales GoalsGood business relation with clients/departmentsStrong computer knowledgeExperience : 5 10 years or above experience in similar field,Qualification : Post Graduate (Preferable MBA)Reporting to : ARM/RM/AGM
