Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Business Manager located in Nagpur. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple educational institutions within their designated area. Daily tasks include developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, leading and motivating teams, ensuring compliance with educational standards, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires frequent visits to different institutions and collaboration with various teams to achieve organizational goals.

  • Compliance and Educational Standards Management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple institutions and work in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field
