Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources (HR) to join our team in Gurgaon. The Head of HR will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy, driving talent management initiatives, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Provide strategic direction and leadership on all HR matters, including organizational development, workforce planning, and change management.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Implement effective talent management strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
Employee Engagement and Development:
Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards and company policies.
HR Operations and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements.
Oversee HR operations, including payroll, employee records, and HRIS systems.
Culture and Employee Relations:
Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Address employee grievances and foster positive employee relations.
Desired Profile:
Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role. Experience in the financial services or investment advisory sector is a plus.
Skills: Strong strategic planning, talent management, and leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Attributes: Results-oriented, with a proactive and hands-on approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
