Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze, and present
    MIS reports
    to management for informed decision-making.
  • Develop, monitor, and control
    annual budgets
    and
    financial forecasts
    .
  • Perform variance analysis between actual results and budgets to identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather data and prepare consolidated reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of
    financial and operational performance
    .
  • Prepare financial dashboards, cash flow projections, and trend analysis.
  • Support the
    management team
    in strategic planning with financial insights.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualification:
    Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
  • Experience:
    3 to 5 years of experience in
    MIS reporting
    ,
    budgeting
    , and
    financial planning
    .
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of
    MIS tools
    and financial modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in
    Excel
    and
    ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and presentation abilities
