Chartered Accountant (CA) - Real Estate Firm
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our real estate firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and auditing. Key duties include managing accounts payable/receivable, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring tax filings are accurate and on time, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making. The role also involves liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies, as well as ensuring the company's financial practices align with legal and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Manage tax compliance and filings
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Conduct internal audits and financial reporting
- Offer financial advice for business growth and cost efficiency
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations specific to real estate
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
- Experience in real estate or property-related finance preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
