Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Pharma Sales & Marketing Leader to head our new Dermatology Division. The candidate will be responsible for building the division from the ground up – including recruiting, training, and developing the sales & marketing team, driving sales performance, and ensuring business profitability.

Key Responsibilities

·       Recruit, train, and develop a new sales and marketing team for the Dermatology Division.

·       Provide strong leadership and guidance to ensure the team achieves derived targets and incentive goals.

·       Manage overall sales performance, customer relations, distributor network, and team development.

·       Achieve top-line and bottom-line objectives with high PCPM (Per Capita Productivity per Month).

·       Drive sales and collection targets on monthly and cumulative basis.

·       Develop and execute effective sales, marketing, and promotional strategies to launch new products and molecules.

·       Handle P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.

·       Ensure efficient distribution management and administration controls to support market growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

·       Qualification: B.Sc. / B. Pharma with MBA in Sales & Marketing.

·       Experience: 20–25 years in Pharma Sales & Marketing, with the last 3–4 years handling Dermatology business.

·       Proven track record in managing P&L, budgeting, and delivering business growth.

·       Strong expertise in Dermatology business, product launches, new molecule introductions, and innovative promotional activities.

·       Excellent in strategy management and execution to achieve business budgets.

·       Skilled in recruiting, training, and man-management, with a focus on achieving high PCPM.

·       Strong network with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and distributors.

·       Preferred candidate location: Gujarat.
