The Sourcing Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement process, including identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with key vendors. Daily tasks will involve analyzing market trends, maintaining communication with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. Additionally, the role requires recruiting and onboarding new suppliers and coordinating with various departments to meet sourcing objectives. Qualifications Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and data interpretationStrong Communication skills for maintaining supplier relationships and internal coordinationExperience in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms with suppliersProficiency in Procurement processes and sourcing best practicesRecruiting skills to identify and onboard new suppliersAbility to work on-site in GurugramBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldExperience in the fashion accessories industry is a plus
