This role requires a street-smart, proactive individual with a strong understanding of the Ed Tech industry, technical exposure, and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:- Take ownership of placements for learners in Parul University.- Take ownership of technical and soft skill training to maximise placements.- Manage and mentor instructors, ensuring high-quality teaching and engagement.- Handle administration and operational management for courses and programs.- Provide guidance on placements and help deliver successful placement outcomes.- Maintain strong communication with students and internal teams.- This is a 6 days working role.Requirements:- 2-3 years of experience in Ed Tech, education, or related fields.- Exposure to technical domains like Full Stack Development and AI.- Good command over English communication.- Prior experience in placement coordination and student career guidance.- Proven ability to manage teams and administrative operations effectively.- Street-smart, proactive, and capable of problem-solving in dynamic environments.Why Join Us:- Be part of a fast-growing Ed Tech company making a real impact on students’ careers.- Lead and shape a team of instructors while driving placement excellence.Work Location - Parul University, VadodaraThis is a 6 day on-site working role
