With the aim of providing affordable and quality eyewear for all, we develop tech-enabled solutions. Since starting as an online business in 2010, Lenskart has expanded to include retail stores, websites, mobile applications, and other channels. Our first retail store opened in New Delhi in 2013, and we continue to grow both online and offline. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Eye-Frame Manufacturing, located in the Bhiwadi Area. The Head of Eye-Frame Manufacturing oversees the entire production process, ensuring products meet quality standards and timelines. Responsibilities include production planning, implementing operational excellence strategies, managing manufacturing operations, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Qualifications Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Proficiency in Operational Excellence and Operations Management Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field Experience in the eyewear industry is a plus Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
