We commenced operations in India as an online business in 2010 and opened our first retail store in New Delhi in 2013. Since then, we have scaled through both online and offline channels and established a presence through our retail stores, websites, mobile applications, and other channels. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Internal Audit in the Greater Delhi Area. The Head of Internal Audit will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing internal audits, assessing financial risk management, implementing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with company policies. They will also be tasked with preparing audit reports, monitoring accounting practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve financial processes. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and solving complex problems Expertise in Financial Risk Management, Finance, and Accounting Experience with Internal Controls and ensuring compliance Excellent communication and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CIA are beneficial Prior experience in an audit management role is preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
