We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our esteemed team as a Social Media Manager. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this pivotal role involves collaborating closely to oversee all facets of our social media marketing and PR activities, pivotal in shaping our organization’s digital presence and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overarching business objectives, managing the Managing Director's social media accounts while ensuring alignment with the company's corporate relationships.
Create and curate engaging content across various social media platforms, reflecting both the Managing Director's personal brand and the corporate image of the organization.
Analyse social media performance metrics meticulously to refine strategies and drive impactful outcomes for both the Managing Director and the company, fostering corporate relationships through strategic online engagement.
Assist in PR initiatives to enhance organizational visibility and reputation, leveraging social media channels to fortify corporate relationships and partnerships.
Foster seamless collaboration across internal teams to maintain brand consistency and alignment across all communication channels, cultivating robust corporate relationships through cohesive messaging and concerted communication endeavours.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in social media management and PR, with a proven track record of orchestrating successful campaigns.
Thorough understanding of social media platforms, prevailing trends, and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment.
Strategic acumen complemented by the capacity for both creative thinking and analytical reasoning.
