Responsibilities :


  • Align with AiSensy’s overall business goals
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap
  • Communicate the roadmap effectively to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with customers, sales, and support teams
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements
  • Conduct thorough analysis for feasibility and impact
  • Work with engineering and design teams
  • Translate requirements into detailed specifications
  • Oversee the development process for timely and high-quality delivery
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams
  • Develop go-to-market plans for product launches
  • Iterate on the product to achieve desired outcomes
  • Manage sprints effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and workload
  • Monitor progress and provide support to ensure successful sprint outcomes


Qualifications:


  • 4+ years in product management (SaaS or B2B environment preferred)
  • Experience with messaging or communication platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • MBA is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective in cross-functional team environments
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Understanding of software development processes and technologies
  • Passionate about understanding customer needs
  • Deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful product deliveries
