Fundraising Consultant (Contractual, Hybrid)

Location: Noida (Hybrid – on-site & remote)

Type: Contractual (initially 6–12 months, renewable based on performance)

Reports to: Founder

We are a Noida-based NGO committed to transforming lives of the underprivileged through education, nutrition, healthcare, skill development, and care for the elderly. With multiple ongoing programmes, we are now expanding our fundraising efforts to ensure sustainable growth and impact.

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fundraising Consultant on a contractual basis to design, lead, and execute fundraising initiatives.
  • The candidate will be responsible for mobilizing resources through Individual Giving, CSR partnerships, and High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) engagement. The role is hybrid, with flexibility of remote work, but requires presence for key meetings, donor interactions, and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fundraising Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals.

  • Identify, research, and pursue fundraising opportunities from corporates (CSR), foundations, HNIs, and individual donors.

Lead proposal development, grant applications, and donor presentations.

  • Meet annual fundraising targets and track performance against KPIs.

Donor Cultivation & Relationship Management. Build and nurture long-term relationships with donors, CSR heads, philanthropic foundations, and HNIs.

Campaigns & Events

  • Conceptualize and execute fundraising campaigns (digital, hybrid, and on-ground).

Oversee annual fundraising events and develop innovative donor engagement activities.

  • Collaborate with communications team for impactful campaigns and donor storytelling.

Key Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years in fundraising, business development, CSR partnerships, or donor relations (preferably in NGOs, foundations, or corporate social responsibility sector).

Network: Strong connections with CSR leaders, HNIs, and philanthropic networks.

Skills:

Proven ability to raise significant funds (individual/CSR/HNI).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong proposal writing and donor reporting capabilities.

Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive.

Ability to work in a hybrid mode, flexible for meetings/events in Delhi-NCR.

Contract & Compensation

Type: Contractual engagement (6–12 months, extendable based on performance).

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and fundraising track record (fixed + performance-linked incentives).

Location: Hybrid – Noida office + remote.
