Role & responsibilities

  • Generate leads for home loan products through field visits, cold calling, and relationship building.
  • Meet prospective customers, explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and process clearly.
  • Assist customers in completing loan applications and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for smooth processing of applications.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for home loan disbursements.
  • Build strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and housing societies to generate consistent business.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve queries or issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and regulatory guidelines related to home loans.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and negotiation ability.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products, especially housing loans.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with local real estate market preferred.
