**Job Title: Marketing Manager / Head – Online & Offline Marketing

Location: Pune Department: Marketing

Salary Range: 12 LPA OR Competitive (Based on experience)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager / Head to lead our online and offline marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and optimize sales performance. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to scale our business in the student housing and co-living space.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing & Online Growth:


•Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, etc.).


•Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to boost engagement and conversions.


•Oversee website management, content marketing, and blog strategies to improve organic reach and lead generation.


•Implement performance marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI-driven advertising.


•Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track performance and optimize campaigns.

  1. Offline Marketing & Brand Positioning:


•Develop and execute BTL marketing campaigns including events, sponsorships, college activations, and offline partnerships.


•Oversee print and outdoor advertising such as hoardings, brochures, flyers, and local branding activities.


•Collaborate with PR agencies and influencers to enhance brand visibility.


•Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective lead generation and conversion from offline channels.

  1. Strategic Marketing & Business Expansion:


•Identify new market opportunities and create growth strategies for expanding brand presence.


•Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization.


•Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.


•Work closely with the property acquisition and operations team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

  1. Customer Insights & Data-Driven Decision Making:


•Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback surveys to refine marketing strategies.


•Develop and track KPIs for campaign performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Key Requirements:


•Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


•Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in both digital and offline marketing.


•Industry Experience: Preferably from hospitality, real estate, co-living, or student housing sectors.


•Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, social media ads, and marketing automation tools.


•Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.


•Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:


•Experience in working with real estate or student housing brands.


•Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Business Manager, Canva, or Adobe Suite.


•Strong networking skills for BTL activations and partnerships.
