Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruiting, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling. The HR Manager will also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Effective communication and coordination with other departments will be essential to align HR practices with the institute's business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, and employee relations
  • Proficiency in training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling
  • Knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in an educational institution is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Bhopal
