Your Role: Marketplace Growth Driver

We're looking for a marketplace-native with a proven track record of scaling D2C brands across Amazon, Flipkart, Hyugalife, and other Ecommerce platforms. You'll own the entire marketplace ecosystem — from strategy to execution — to drive visibility, conversion, and category leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Management End-to-end account ownership across platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, 1MG, etc.
  • Listing creation, A+ content development, keyword optimization & reviews strategy Catalogue hygiene, variation bundling, and competitor benchmarking Growth & Performance
  • Planning and executing ad campaigns within each platform (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart PLAs)
  • Monthly target planning: GMV, ROAS, conversions, traffic, repeat rates Promotions, deal days, new launches, and platform-specific events strategy Backend Operations & Coordination
  • Inventory forecasting, stock management, FBA/Smart fulfilment planning
  • Coordination with internal ops, creative teams & account managers at marketplaces
  • Ensuring platform compliance and seller health metrics Analytics & Reporting Deep dives into ASIN-level performance Regular dashboards & reporting for leadership visibility Real-time course correction based on data

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in ecommerce marketplace roles, preferably in D2C, FMCG, Health, or Nutrition categories
  • Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and ad consoles
  • Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, rankings, and conversion boosters
  • A growth mindset with a bias for execution Excellent coordination and project management skills
