Responsibilities:Process daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivablePrepare and reconcile bank statementsManage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing and collectionsAssist with year-end closing proceduresConduct physical inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory recordsCalculate and file Income Tax returns, GST returns, and TDSStay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards and tax lawsGenerate financial reports and analyze financial dataSupport the preparation of budgets and forecastsAssist with audits and tax examinations

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred)Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting (experience can be adjusted based on needs)Strong understanding of accounting principles and practicesProficient in accounting software i.e TallyEfficient with Microsoft OfficeExcellent knowledge of Income Tax, GST, and TDS regulationsExperience with inventory management and physical inventory countsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
