Job Title: Sliding Head & VMC Machine Operator / Setter

Location: Osseous Surgicals, Morbi, Gujarat
Salary: Based on experience and skill level

Job Description:

We are hiring Skilled Machine Operators/Setters for Sliding Head and VMC Machines to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidates should have experience in operating, setting, and maintaining machines as per production requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and set up Sliding Head or VMC (3-axis / 5-axis) machines
  • Load raw materials and monitor machine performance
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and machining instructions
  • Perform tool setting, offset correction, and basic troubleshooting
  • Inspect parts using measuring instruments to ensure quality
  • Perform routine maintenance and keep the machine/work area clean
  • Follow safety protocols and coordinate with QC and programming teams

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • Sliding Head Operator/Setter: 0 to 5+ years
  • VMC Operator/Setter: 0 to 5+ years
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and use measuring tools
  • Basic knowledge of machine operations and problem-solving
  • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹35,495.59 per month
