➢ Assist in supervising daily production activities on the shop floor.
➢ Monitor workflow and ensure production targets are achieved.
➢ Coordinate with production workers, operators, and team leaders.
➢ Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality checks, and company policies.
➢ Maintain proper records of production reports, material usage, and machine performance.
➢ Support continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
➢ Assist in manpower allocation, shift planning, and shop floor discipline.
➢ Report any production issues or machine breakdowns to seniors.
