Job Title: Solar Installation Engineer / Solar Project Engineer

Location: Bandra Location

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solar Installation Engineer with strong technical expertise in solar energy systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site installations, module selection, and ensuring project execution with visibility and efficiency. Knowledge of battery energy storage systems and other renewable energy sources will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise, and execute end-to-end solar installation projects at client sites.
  • Identify and select appropriate types of solar modules and components for installations.
  • Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and ensure visibility for optimal solar generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and business needs in solar energy.
  • Integrate battery energy storage systems (BESS) into solar power projects when applicable.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and provide after-installation support.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging solar technologies, and renewable energy solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in solar project execution and installation.
  • Strong knowledge of solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, and electrical systems.
  • Experience with battery energy storage systems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with different renewable energy technologies (wind, hybrid, etc.) will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Compensation:

  • Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience and expertise).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
