Job Title: Rust Developer (Backend) Location: Remote Work Hours: 1 PM – 10 PM IST (UK Shift) About the Role: We are looking for a mid to senior-level Rust Developer to join our team. This role is focused on backend development (not blockchain) , where you’ll be building and optimizing high-performance, scalable systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain backend services that power our applications. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Rust. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Work with databases, caching, and distributed systems. Collaborate with frontend, Dev Ops, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Requirements: Proven experience in backend development with Rust. Strong understanding of systems programming, concurrency, and performance optimization. Familiarity with microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems. Good knowledge of databases (SQL/No SQL). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
