If you’re ready to join a startup-level team, shape the future, and work at the intersection of Node.js development + AI — we want you.What you’ll doArchitect, build and own the core backend services using Node.js (and TypeScript if applicable) that power user-facing features, data flows, microservices, integrations.Design REST and/or GraphQL APIs, message-based systems, real-time endpoints, background jobs — everything that sits behind the scenes but drives the product.Choose and define the tech stack, modular architecture, component libraries, team coding standards, testing strategy (unit/integration/end-to-end).Collaborate deeply with frontend (Angular) teams and UX/UI designers to ensure backend and UI are in perfect sync.Lead, mentor and grow a lean backend team: code reviews, architectural discussions, promoting best practices, driving innovation.Build for performance, fault-tolerance, scalability and observability — you’ll own deployment patterns, monitoring, logging, error-handling, and production robustness.Work with data teams, DevOps/infrastructure, product & design to implement AI/data-driven features, pipelines, third-party integrations, cloud services.Continuously evaluate new technologies, frameworks and patterns: you’re curious, proactive, always pushing the bar.Document architecture, decisions, APIs, system flows.
