We are looking for IT Support Engineer for the Hyderabad Office.
Experience: 2 + years
Position Title: Sr. IT-System Engineer
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
Timing: 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST
Work from Office
Role/Responsibilities:
We are looking for an IT specialist will be responsible for Windows, Desktop, and Office 365 administration, providing End-user support and training for hardware and software. S/he would need to collaborate with the IT Manager to ensure operational security, Maintenance, and Governance.
Primary Responsibilities:
Providing end-user support for PC/ server-based hardware, applications, and services
Anti-virus and firewall setup and maintenance.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux-based setup
Patching various OS, server applications, and configuration
Installation, set-up, and configuration of applications on desktops or servers.
Debug and issues with set-up and configuration to resolve those.
New user setup like installing and configuring workstations, software, telephone, headsets, Wi-Fi connection, network printing, etc.
Debugging and Resolving memory, network/connectivity-related issues
Ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment
Administration, support, and configuration of MS Office O365
Administer and support an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange infrastructure.
Troubleshoot Exchange-related issues when alerted by monitoring software.
Maintenance, and sustainment of additional complementary functionality for customer sub-sites, lists, libraries, and content
Maintain and provide support for all IT infrastructure.
Work in Shifts if required
Active Directory experience is a must.
Mandatory Skills/Experience:
Experience with IT network setup/firewalls/Anti-virus/Filesystem/HW and Software
Experience in troubleshooting OS, network, and HW-related issues
Resolving desktop-related issues
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, PowerShell, and Office 365.
Experience in setting up antivirus/firewalls/Information Security policies (server and client-side).
Strong experience with configuration and administration of Microsoft products and their features like Outlook/Office 365/Exchange
Experience in setting up and streamlining the workflows and processes.
Experience with clouds like Azure would be an added advantage.
Other Aspects –
Around 2 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and support.
Collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
