  1. Customer Engagement

  2. Greet and interact with walk-in customers, collect their details.

  3. Follow up with leads generated through online/offline campaigns.
  4. Handle customer inquiries (phone, walk-ins, website, WhatsApp, social media, etc.).
  5. Ensure smooth test ride experiences and post-test ride follow-ups.

  6. Lead Management

  7. Maintain a lead management system (CRM software or Excel-based).

  8. Allocate leads to the sales team and track follow-ups.
  9. Monitor cold, warm, and hot leads; push for conversions.

  10. Sales Coordination

  11. Coordinate between the sales team and customers for vehicle delivery schedules.

  12. Inform customers about offers, new model launches, and finance options.
  13. Support documentation for registration, insurance, and finance.

  14. Post-Sales Support

  15. Conduct post-delivery calls to check customer satisfaction.

  16. Send service reminders (first, second, third, etc.).
  17. Collect feedback and ratings (Google, social media, showroom forms).

  18. Customer Retention

  19. Manage customer loyalty programs and referral schemes.

  20. Notify customers about exchange events, service camps, or seasonal checkups.
  21. Handle renewal reminders for insurance and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).

  22. Complaint Handling

  23. Receive and document complaints or dissatisfaction cases.

  24. Coordinate with the service team to resolve issues promptly.
  25. Follow up with customers to confirm resolution.

  26. Data Management & Reporting

  27. Maintain updated customer records in the CRM software.

  28. Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and feedback.
  29. Analyze data to help improve showroom performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
