Job Overview :

The Office Admin Executive at KCT Business School provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the department. Reporting to the Manager of Office Administration, this role involves a variety of tasks as determined by the head of the department


Responsibilities:

Classroom Support:

  • faculty with record-keeping and teaching support.
  • course files from subject allocation to completion.
  • transfer of credits.
  • accreditation, surveys, and document maintenance.
  • and report on calendar events via DCS/OneDrive/ERP.
  • research, consultancy, and SIP documentation.
  • and track alumni.

Student Progress Monitoring:

  • faculty in tracking academic and non-academic progress.
  • records and attendance.
  • mentors and manage track details.
  • remedial measures.
  • feedback, exit interviews, and open houses.
  • all association activities.

Administrative Support:

  • queries and provide information.
  • information and materials for faculty.
  • collate, prepare, and proofread manuscripts and correspondence.

Department Coordination:

  • meetings (agenda, minutes, social media posts).
  • strategic and annual planning meetings.
  • social media for the department.
  • with other departments.
  • ad hoc duties as assigned by reporting authorities.


Qualification :

A Postgraduate/ Undergraduate degree and a minimum of two years of general office experience or an equivalent combination of education and general office experience is required.

Skills:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office is required.
  • Sound ability to learn and use database applications/ the administrative business system/enterprise resource planning system, and other academic ERP applications.
  • Experience in documentation and filing of meetings and social media management.
