JOB SUMMARY
Inside Sales executive research and develop cloud sales strategies for a company. Their job is to drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies. He/She will also maintain customer relationships, track sales data, and create performance reports.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - but not limited to the following:
Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer.
Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action.
Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization.
Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services
Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings.
Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other.
Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.
Requirements :
Should have 1-to-2-year experience in cloud sales with proven results
Should possess Graduation or equivalent education in the marketing domain.
Having done sales-related training programs
Knowledgeable with computers
Having exposure to cultural norms and diverse viewpoints
Ability to change the communication style on unusual events
Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
Having the capability to receive criticism without internalizing them
