Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Koramangala, Bengaluru for a Finance Executive. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Executive with 2 years of experience in finance operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Payable , and be proficient in Tally , Excel , and stakeholder communication .
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage Accounts Payable transactions accurately and on time
Maintain records of vendor payments, invoices, and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
Use Tally for daily accounting operations and data entry
Prepare Excel reports and assist with financial analysis as required
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for payment-related queries
Assist with audits and documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance/accounts role
Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, basic formulas)
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation:
The monthly salary for this role is ₹25,000 and may vary based on the candidate's experience and fit for the role.
