Location: India,Remote Experience Level: Entry-Level Department: Engineering / Production / Design Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, analysis, and implementation of mechanical systems, support senior engineers in ongoing projects, and contribute to improving product quality and process efficiency. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to learn, apply engineering principles, and grow in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing and developing mechanical components and systems using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar). Support production and maintenance teams with troubleshooting, testing, and process improvement. Conduct research and analysis to optimize mechanical systems for efficiency, performance, and safety. Participate in prototype development, product testing, and documentation . Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports . Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including electrical, manufacturing, and quality engineers - to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain and update project records, test data, and design files. Adhere to company safety, quality, and compliance standards . Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of mechanical principles, thermodynamics, and materials science . Basic proficiency in CAD/CAE software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent). Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills : Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, or 3D printing. Familiarity with engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, MATLAB, etc.). Basic understanding of project management and quality control . Internship or academic project experience related to mechanical design or production engineering .
