Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Technical Recruiter at Strategic Systems Inc in Hyderabad, with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, technical recruiting, and effective communication with candidates and stakeholders.
We are seeking an experienced senior US IT Recruiter to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting top-tier US IT professionals, utilizing best-in-class sourcing techniques and technologies, and propelling the business forward.
This individual will manage the full cycle of recruiting, screening resumes, interviewing, and all other responsibilities until the candidate joins.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hybrid remote/onsite environment and be proficient in recruiting techniques such as head-hunting, cold calling, referrals, social media/networking sites, and other internet-based recruiting tools.
The senior US IT Recruiter must be able to evaluate various criteria, such as technical qualifications, experience, and salary negotiation. Furthermore, the successful candidate must be able to adequately identify, and source resumes utilizing ATS, job boards, and other social networking websites.
This individual should be a self-starter with outstanding analytical and organizational skills and must possess the capability of effectively filling open positions.
Additional responsibilities include engaging regularly with the candidates through email, voice, and video calls and acting as the first point of contact for the consultant.
