Business Presentation Specialist
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
and Editing presentations for client meetings and new business proposals using PowerPoint supported by graphics (images / infographics) to drive the key messages
slides and templates as per written and verbal ideas or rough sketches provided by leadership, account managers, and presales teams.
in close collaboration with a diverse team of Technical Managers, Sales Managers, Practice leaders, and Presales leaders.
format, and correct grammatical and spelling errors in proposal documents and PowerPoint decks.
a good artistic eye and understanding of the graphic requirements of a project
and maintain a repository of PowerPoint templates.
the Marketing team in designing collaterals like POVs, Whitepapers, and Case studies.
and tell structured, clear, and visually engaging stories through PowerPoint presentations.
Eligibility:
years of proven experience in presentation/graphic design with demonstrated ability to create visually pleasing designs and templates.
experience of designing proposal documents and presentations for B2B tech companies.
of designing and building charts and infographics that enhance the look and feel of the slides.
in handling multiple requirements at once.
Previous experience of working with senior leadership to prioritize workload through transparent discussion with senior stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Having a good artistic eye and understanding of the graphic requirements of a project
Experience in designing PowerPoint and word document templates.
Ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent oral and written communication skills which includes email communication.
Ability to design, edit, and build decks from scratch with little to no guidance.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) will be a plus.
In-depth knowledge of MS Word and MS PowerPoint is a must.
Ability to handle tight deadlines.
A keen eye for laying out content so that it makes the slide well balanced, easy to read and visually engaging.
Previous experience in designing for a large technology company will be a plus
