We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance initiatives and drive compliance across our operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in PPAP, ISO standards, SPC Analysis, QMS Implementation , and team mentoring, ensuring continuous improvement and product excellence.

Role & responsibilities

  • Daily Line Inspection to be followed.
  • Daily CR/PR Rejection to be monitored.
  • Daily Shop floor meeting to be conduct.
  • Rejection RCCA to be fixed and monitor.
  • Customer complaint Corrective actions to be monitored frequently.
  • Weekly Supplier / Customer rejections to be mailed.
  • Poke yoke to be monitored Frequently.
  • Ensure the 5s I Quality inspection Area and Office.
  • Customer Complaint OPL to be displayed.
  • Ensure the Engineers aware of safety rules inside the Factory.
  • Customer complaint next day to be witness I the customer end.
  • All running parts check sheet to be available in the DQMS.
  • PDI Inspection to be ensured in DQMS.
  • All rejection to be entered in the daily basis in ERP.
  • Final Inspection report to be entered in the DQMS.
  • Line Inspection & Setup Approval to be done in the DQMS.
  • CMM report to be monitored in every shift.
  • Ensure the inspection gauges have calibrated with Identification sticker.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in (Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field).
  • 2-5years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and quality control.
  • Proficiency in quality management tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
