Location:
- Main Primary: Client Site Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore (1 Vacancy)
Employment Type: Full-time (Consultant Role)
Note: Based on performance, the role may be extended or converted to a permanent position after 12 months
Work Timings:
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- 2nd and 4th Saturdays and all Sundays: Weekly off
- 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays: As per office roster
CTC: 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA (Based on current ctc)
Experience Required: 1 to 5 years
About the Role
We are hiring a Consultant Account Management (Helpdesk) to manage insurance-related support and enrollment activities at our client location. The selected candidate will handle real-time coordination with internal teams, insurers, and client HR departments to ensure a smooth claims experience for policyholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily helpdesk support at the client site for claims, enrollments, and policy clarifications
- Respond to emails from client HRs and employees regarding insurance and enrollment-related queries
- Collect and process reimbursement claim forms, ensuring coordination with processing teams
- Manage mid-term additions of beneficiaries (dummy claims) and follow up with insurers for approvals
- Resolve internal backend errors and clear job IDs generated by the enrollment team
- Coordinate with insurers to rectify external errors and ensure beneficiary updates in policies
- Track insurance claim numbers, raise float requests, and follow up with accounts for UTR details
- Follow up with insurers for void payments and short settlements
- Coordinate with client HR teams for monthly data updates and secure timely endorsements from insurers
- Participate in Monthly Service Meetings (MSMs) at insurer offices to resolve claim-related grievances
- Prepare and share reports on pending claims, information awaited, and other service metrics with client HR and insurers
- Liaise with internal departments, insurers, agents, and medical professionals to resolve service issues
- Follow up with insurers for TPA fee payments
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any stream
- 1 to 5 years of experience in insurance, client servicing, helpdesk, or account management roles
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory for commuting between client and office locations)
