Andor Tech India Pvt Ltd is hiring a Community Manager for deployment to a leading professional networking platform . This is a unique opportunity to work closely with top executives, senior leaders, and industry experts to help shape their voice and presence on —especially focusing on regional voices beyond metro cities.
Position Details:
- Role: Community Manager
- Experience: 5–8 Years
- Location: Remote (Optional office access in Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai)
- Contract: 12-month (extendable based on business needs)
- Shift: General (No night shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and support senior leaders and experts to create and share impactful content
- Focus on amplifying regional voices and building long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with a small, dynamic editorial
- Work with C-level leaders and founders from various companies.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong verbal and persuasive communication.
- Experience with creators, influencers, or partnerships.
- Understanding of the creator economy and regional content trends.
- Relationship management and adaptability.
- Risk awareness and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional Indian languages is a plus.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in community management, social media, or influencer/creator management.
- Prior work with regional creators is highly valued.
Interview Process:
- Round 1: Team Lead
- Round 2: Head of Editorial, India
- No presentations required.
