Job Title: Community Manager
The roles and responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Working with local editorial teams across geographies (e.g., US, India) to ensure program success.
- Data Skills: Solid data skills to show impact and analyze program effectiveness.
- Communication: Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including community managers and members.
- Project Management: Ability to manage projects from inception to completion, including organization and execution skills.
- Website Knowledge: Basic understanding of website design and development, with preferred knowledge of Figma.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate various programs simultaneously.
- Community Management: Experience in community management, campaign management, and working with creators.
- Creativity: Coming up with innovative solutions and improving program scalability.
- Data Analysis: Comfortable with data analysis to measure and optimize program impact.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organized with attention to detail to manage various tasks and programs effectively.
- These responsibilities are essential for ensuring the smooth operation and success of community programs at scale. 1
