Talent Director Duties:
Identify, source, recruit, interview, and hire top talentDevelop, formulate, implement, and oversee talent acquisition strategiesDevelop talent acquisition campaign plansCreate, maintain, and track organizational talent pipelineDevelop and maintain effective talent acquisition metricsAssign, monitor, and follow up on recruitment effortsDevelop promotional plansDevelop, implement, and maintain effective employee relationsTranslate business data into competitive talent strategiesProvide insight and guidance to managers and employees on talent acquisition and retentionProvide consultation to managers on hiring practicesProvide counsel to hiring managers on hiring practicesDevelop and implement recruiting strategiesPromote a positive image of the company and its employeesDevelop and implement employee relations practicesProvide leadership, guidance, and direction to employees
Talent Director Responsibilities:
Partner with recruitment coordinators to develop and source a diverse pool of qualified candidates for open positionsRecognize, advance, and support internal talent while collaborating with HR business partnersDevelop, manage, and implement a recruiting strategy to meet hiring needs and objectivesWork closely with hiring managers to assess the overall cultural fit of candidate and teamExecute ongoing recruiting activities to source talent and retain employeesDevelop and maintain a database of candidatesSchedule interviewsScreen candidates and refer qualified candidates to hiring managersDevelop hiring strategies for diverse talentTrain hiring managers on interviewing techniques and counsel them on recruiting best practicesDevelop and implement advertising campaignsCreate detailed job postings and update applicant tracking systemRecommend a roadmap for talent acquisitionPerform daily reportingDevelop annual hiring plans, budgets, and forecastsMaintain accurate records of candidate submissions
Requirements And Skills:In-depth understanding of talent acquisition and HR technologyKnowledge of recruiting techniques and processes, including sourcing and screening candidates, evaluating job candidates and positions, and conducting interviewsExpert use of online recruitment and HR technologyStrong understanding of recruiting metrics and tracking
